Who we are
Norhen Studio ("we", "us") is a design studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark, producing minimalist stainless steel tableware. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
Order and contact details you provide when purchasing or reaching out — name, email address, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order.
Payment information, which is processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, gathered to keep the site secure and functioning.
How we use your data
To process and deliver your orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
To respond to enquiries about wholesale, commissions, and individual pieces.
To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements under Danish and EU law.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations (bookkeeping), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the studio. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop: Stripe for payments, and shipping and logistics partners to deliver your order. These parties process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Danish bookkeeping law, and other personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
